Time in the lab is what we ALL look forward to! However prepartion is neccessary to prep food. We have to understand the fundamentals of food preparation and be able to identify kitchen equipment and utensils and understand the function of each. 

 

Reading recpies is a must! I will give some instructional videos on the steps of reading and following the directions of recipes. There will be additional videos posted that will prepare you to work in the kitchen labs as seen on the Video Inspiration page.
